Faulty, damaged, recalled or items supplied in error

Items supplied in error, not corresponding to the order, damaged during transport, faulty, or for which there is an alert for quality defects or for other reasons when it is necessary to withdraw them in accordance with the provisions of RD 1246/2008 of 18 July, will need to be returned. In these cases, we will arrange shipping at the expense of Petwork Marketing Europe and either refund your money, replace products, or exchange products for an alternative.

Business to business returns

Business to business transactions and orders are not covered by EU consumer protection and any other return or replacement services or options that we choose to provide are entirely at the discretion of Petwork Marketing Europe.

In most circumstances we will agree to the return of item(s) purchased through the website, or by other means, if you make a request within 14 days from the date of the order. This is conditional upon the product(s) having not been used and being returned intact, in the same condition as received, and including original packaging and labels. Please contact us with details of any items that you wish to return together with the reason. Return shipping will be at your expense and no refund or credit will be issued until the product(s) are processed back into our warehouse.
